What you've lost is real, even if no one else saw it.
You're In The Right Place
The pregnancy announcements. The rounded bellies everywhere you look. If it feels like it comes so easily for everyone but you, you're not imagining it, and you're not alone.
The two-week waits. Another negative test. The appointments, the hormones, the bills. Smiling and congratulating through heartbreak, jealousy, and anger. Avoiding the social events, leaving early, and wiping away tears hoping others didn’t notice. The pregnancy announcement that knocks the wind out of you. The strain it puts on your relationship. This is some of the loneliest, heaviest work there is, and it's exactly what we do.
Infertility and the emotional toll of treatment (IUI, IVF, medications, the waiting)
Pregnancy loss and miscarriage, including recurrent loss
The grief and decisions of building a family with a donor or surrogate (the emotional side; the evaluations live on our Third-Party Reproduction page)
The toll all of this takes on couples and relationships
Termination- for choice or medical reasons (TFMR)
Secondary infertility
How We Help
Specialists who already understand this world.
You won't have to explain what an FET is, or why the two-week wait undoes you. We know GC, IP, DCP, PUPO, CM, Beta, and ICSI. Our clinicians are certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) and trained in trauma work like EMDR and Brainspotting, for when loss or medical trauma lodges in the body. Together we make room for grief, hold the uncertainty, help you make impossibly hard decisions with self-compassion, and keep you from carrying it alone. When it helps, we coordinate with your fertility clinic.

Questions people ask
A few things you might be wondering.
Do I need a diagnosis, or to be "in crisis," to come?
No. If it's weighing on you, that's enough.
Can my partner come too?
Yes. We work with couples and individuals.
Can I start while I'm in active treatment?
Absolutely, that's often when support helps most.
Is an early loss "enough" to seek help?
Every loss counts here. You don't have to justify your grief.
What if I need to consider ending a pregnancy?
You will be met with compassion, understanding, and support to make decisions. No judgement, no persuasion, no strings.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, we're in-network with most major plans, and we handle the billing.
