About Me
One of the hardest things for me personally is not knowing the future. I like plans. I like certainty. I like knowing how things will turn out. Unfortunately, life rarely offers those guarantees.
Maybe that’s true for you, too.
Because of that, I don’t see my role as having the answers (trust me, I don’t). Instead, I believe therapy is about having someone walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, notice the patterns you’ve been carrying, and slowly discover what matters most to you as you find your own way forward.
A few beliefs continue to ground both my life and my work: every person is inherently worthy of care, compassion, and dignity. In seasons marked by grief, fear, uncertainty, or profound change, hope and joy still exist. I believe this to be true, even when they feel impossible to find.
I especially enjoy working with people navigating the reproductive and parenting chapters of life. There are countless paths to parenthood, and very few of them are simple. Whether you're facing an unexpected pregnancy, infertility, IVF, pregnancy loss, postpartum challenges, or simply trying to make sense of a life that doesn't look the way you imagined it would, I’d be honored to be part of your support system.
Welcoming, raising, or hoping for children often comes with anxiety, grief, trauma, identity shifts, and moments that can turn your world upside down. While I can’t promise answers, I can offer a steady presence, a thoughtful space, and room to sort through what feels overwhelming.
Beyond reproductive and perinatal mental health, I enjoy working with parents, women’s health concerns, ADHD, couples, and those seasons of life that can best be described as, “I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing.”
Clinical Approaches
I’m a relational, family systems-trained therapist, and I tend to think in terms of patterns, relationships, and attachment; how we learned to connect, protect ourselves, and survive in ways that often made sense at the time but may not be working anymore.
I bring a trauma-informed lens to my work and integrate approaches like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Brainspotting when helpful. At the heart of it, I’m warm, collaborative, and very human in the room. I’m not interested in being distant or overly clinical; I’m interested in being real with you while we do meaningful work together.
In session, this often looks like slowing things down and getting curious together about what’s happening internally and relationally, rather than rushing to fix or change things. With ART and Brainspotting, we focus on helping the nervous system process experiences that feel overwhelming, unresolved, or stuck on repeat.
The human behind the credentials.
Outside of therapy, I’m in a very full season of life as the parent to three busy children. My personal life is loud, full, and occasionally fueled by snacks I forgot I was eating. It also means I have very few “hobbies” in the traditional sense. In my spare time, I currently enjoy sleeping, drinking coffee that is almost always too cold, and sneaking in the rare conversation with friends that doesn’t involve logistics, school schedules, or reminding someone to put their shoes on.
I bring that lived experience of chaos, love, and constant adjustment into the therapy room with me. It keeps me grounded in the reality that most of us are doing our best with what we have, even when it doesn’t feel like enough.
