How do I refer a patient?
Use this referral form — our secure TherapyPortal intake. Send their name and a brief note on the concern, and we’ll take it from there, or have the patient reach out directly.
How fast will my patient be seen?
Most new clients have a first appointment within about a week. We handle the intake and scheduling so no one falls through the cracks.
Do you take insurance?
Yes — we’re in-network with most major plans, so you can refer any patient, not only those who can pay out of pocket.
Will you keep me in the loop?
With your patient’s consent, yes. We coordinate with your care team and keep you informed. We really mean it when we say collab.
Can I refer for testing and evaluations?
Yes — doctoral-level Autism and ADHD evaluations, birth through adulthood. These are in high demand, so there can be a waitlist; we’ll be honest about timing.
Is the referral form secure?
Yes. It’s our HIPAA-compliant TherapyPortal intake (part of TherapyNotes), so you can safely include patient details.
What if I’m not sure it’s the right fit?
Refer anyway, or give us a call. We’ll route your patient to the right specialist, or point you somewhere better if we’re not it.
