Katelyn Iverson, LPCC

In the face of life's challenges, finding a place of connection and support can make all the difference. I strive to connect with clients through authenticity, humor, and warmth, empowering clients to work towards their goals. I collaborate with clients to cultivate self-compassion, fostering intentionality and clarity as they move toward healing. I work to create a non-judgmental and compassionate environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered. Utilizing a person-centered approach, I work with adolescents, teens, and adults to develop effective coping skills and explore unhelpful life patterns. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my goal is to meet you exactly where you are. My approach uses evidence-based techniques, including psychodynamic and relational therapy, to support meaningful change. Together, we work towards reconnecting with your authentic self, fostering growth in the present, and building hope for the future.

I am passionate about working with clients during important life transitions such as adolescence and the perinatal period. I have experience working with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, parenting issues, relationship concerns, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief, and OCD.
