Group Therapy

Some of the best healing happens in a room full of people who just get it.

Specialized groups for the seasons that feel lonely, led by clinicians who do this work every day. Covered by insurance.

Small, specialized, and led by someone who gets it.

Why A Group

There’s a particular relief in realizing you’re not the only one.

Some things are easier to carry alongside people walking the same road. Our groups support specific seasons, like infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, the postpartum months, and LGBTQ fertility. Parenting neurodivergent kiddos, or navigating a loved one’s substance use. All in a space where you will be genuinely safe, held, and on your way to healing.

In Partnership with The Star Legacy Foundation

After loss, you don’t have to look far for support.

Vayda clinicians facilitate several support groups in partnership with the Star Legacy Foundation, a national leader in pregnancy and infant loss support:

Bereaved Parents: Early Pregnancy Loss
Bereaved Parents: Late Pregnancy Loss
Parenting After Loss

These groups are hosted by Star Legacy, and registration happens on their site. Same Vayda clinicians, same care.
