You’re matched with a specialist, not handed a wall of strangers.

What We Offer

Three kinds of support, for everyone in the process.

Therapy

For the emotional weight of building a family with donor gametes or a gestational carrier: the grief, the complex decisions, and the toll on relationships. Or considering donating yourself — generous, and full of things to consider. We get it.

Psychological evaluations

Required of sperm and egg donors and gestational carriers by IVF clinics, banks, or surrogacy centers, following ASRM guidelines. Where appropriate, we share findings with your doctor, clinic, or agency.

Consultations

That bring intended parents, known donors, and carriers to the same page, talking through the questions most people don’t know to ask, before everyone moves forward.

Experts in this, specifically.

We work with your clinic, your doctor, your agency, or your private arrangement. All of it according to ASRM guidelines.

Why Vayda

Rare expertise for genuinely complex arrangements.

Very few clinicians do this work, especially in Minnesota. We hold the nuance and the risk for everyone involved: supporting people who deeply want a baby, assessing donors and carriers, protecting everyone, never becoming a barrier to building a family, and navigating reproductive laws that vary by state and keep shifting. We collaborate directly with your clinic, agency, legal team, and doctors.

The questions we help you hold

The conversations that matter before, not after.

With donor conception

A child may have biological siblings out there someday, and what was once “anonymous” no longer is. How and when do you share that story? If the donor is someone you know, what’s their role now, and what happens when they want a family of their own?

With surrogacy

Trusting your baby to grow in another person’s body, and the grief that can come with not carrying your own. Who’s at the appointments and the birth. What you agree on around travel, diet, and the hard medical calls. Where the boundaries are, and how everyone stays on the same page.

We make room for all of it, so everyone moves forward safely and with hope.
