About Me
If you’re here, chances are life isn’t looking the way you hoped it would & that’s okay. Maybe you’re pregnant and struggling with intense anxiety instead of excitement. Maybe you’re in the thick of postpartum wondering why no one talks about how hard it can be. Maybe you’ve experienced infertility, pregnancy loss, or you’re carrying the invisible weight of trying to hold everything together. Maybe you’re struggling with intrusive thoughts and not sure why or how to stop them.
You don’t have to carry it alone.
I’m passionate about helping individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, birth trauma, miscarriage, and the many emotional challenges that come with life itself. My goal isn’t to tell you how you should feel. It’s to give you a space where you can be completely honest without worrying about being judged.
Therapy with me is real. You don’t have to have the right words or show up with everything figured out. We’ll sort through the messy parts together, celebrate the wins (even the tiny ones), and help you feel more like yourself again.
Clinical Approaches
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be yourself. That means you can cry, swear, laugh, vent, sit quietly, or tell me you’ve had the same intrusive thought for the hundredth time. Nothing you say is going to scare me away.
I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), psychodynamic, and attachment-focused work, but I don’t believe therapy should feel like one size fits all of checking boxes on a worksheet every week. We’ll use tools that fit you, your personality, and where you are in your life.
Whether we’re working through postpartum anxiety, OCD, trauma, grief, infertility, or the emotional roller coaster of life, my hope is that you leave each session feeling a little lighter, a little more understood, and with practical ways to move forward.
The human behind the credentials.
Outside of therapy, I am one of the lucky ones who is parenting two little girls with my husband. Motherhood and postpartum has stretched me, humbled me, and given me an even deeper appreciation for how much we all need support. Some days are beautifully chaotic, and honestly, I think there’s a lot of comfort in knowing life doesn’t have to look perfect.
I love cozy evenings at home, spending time with my family, being outside, going to the beach, and binging (and crying during) some Grey’s Anatomy. I’m someone who cares deeply, laughs easily, and believes healing doesn’t happen because you’re “fixed.” It happens because you’re finally given the space to be seen, understood, and supported.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with compassion, honesty, laughter, and maybe the occasional swear word (when appropriate), I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
