About Me

Hi, I'm Emily- Vayda's Administrative + Marketing Assistant, who gets to jump into a little bit of everything behind the scenes. At Vayda, I help keep day-to-day details organized, support Alise (co-owner, psychologist, and great human), handle marketing, coordinate projects and events, and help turn ideas into action. I love figuring out how all the little pieces fit together and finding ways to make things feel a little more organized and doable.

When I'm not working, I'm usually exploring somewhere new with my two kids, biking, getting outside, reading family books together, or finding little ways to make an ordinary day more fun. I love creating seasonal bucket lists and finding micro-adventures close to home, but I've also found that some of the best moments happen when we slow down and leave room for the unexpected. When we're not exploring, there's a good chance I'm organizing something, panic cleaning our home, or dreaming up our next family adventure.
