She/Her

Welcome!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just stuck, you have come to the right place. Therapy can be a safe space to get grounded, feel feelings, learn, and let go of what no longer serves you.

What to expect

My approach is relationship-based, flexible and eclectic. You can expect unconditional care and respect for your unique story-you are the hero of your journey. I support healing through patience, curiosity, humility and a touch of humor. Occasionally, I may suggest “homework” such as “make a playlist” or “paint a thing”.

Special interests and experience

I specialize and have experience in supporting clients navigating chronic medical challenges and neurodiversity. I’m a certified narcissistic abuse treatment clinician and support individuals experiencing or recovering from antagonistic relationships. Other areas of interest include: men who “it all down,” therapy newbs, teachers, and existential questions.

About me

I’ve been practicing since 2008 and am a board approved supervisor. I am a Type 1 diabetic, white cis woman and ally to LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and all neurotypes. Outside the office I’m a “good enough” mom, perfectly imperfect partner, source of warmth for the cat and reliable friend. I enjoy yoga, gardening, crafts, music, and travel.
