Beginning therapy can be hard and uncomfortable. To help with some of these feelings, I strive to create an open and comfortable space, and tailor my approach to each individual client based on their specific needs.

Professional Experience
I am a pre-licensed Therapy Practicum student. I am pursuing a doctoral degree in clinical psychology (PsyD) at Augsburg University. I am in my third year in the program and have previous clinical experience working with adolescents in London while interning abroad, as well as a year of assessment experience working with diverse clients ranging in ages from 4-63. I provide services at Vayda under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.

Professional Interest
I utilize an integrative approach to therapy combining predominately emotion-focused and trauma-informed approaches. I prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment to ensure the therapeutic alliance and rapport is experienced throughout the therapeutic process. I also enjoy incorporating humor when appropriate.

My areas of interest include working predominantly with children, adolescents, and young adults. I have a focus on working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, and interpersonal difficulties.

About me
Outside of work, I enjoy spending my time traveling, trying new restaurants, and going to see live music.
