She/Her

Hello!

There is a lot going on in the world right now. Feelings of stress, anxiety, depression, or feeling like life is a lot. Therapy is a great way to process your experiences and emotions, and to gain specific tools to help support what you are feeling.

What to expect

My practice is deeply rooted in a person-centered approach, which means I greatly prioritize rapport. I believe the most powerful tool for healing is the genuine connection we build together. You are the expert on your own life; I am here to walk alongside you with zero judgement, radical curiosity, and a touch of humor.

I also use techniques to help you move toward your inner world with kindness rather than judgment. Together, we will create a secure environment where you can explore the "why" behind your emotions and behaviors.

My interests and experience

I have experience supporting individuals across a wide range of identities, always focusing on you as a whole person, rather than your symptoms.

My areas of interest include: working with children, adolescents, and young adults, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, and interpersonal difficulties.

About me

I am a White Cis-gendered queer woman open to working with all identities, questions, and concerns. Outside of work, I enjoy spending my time traveling, trying new restaurants, and going to see live music.
