Jessica Mack, LGSW, Pre-Licensed Therapist

Hi there! I’m Jess (she/her)

Whether you are trying therapy for the first time or you have struggled to find a good fit in the past, I’m so glad you are here.

I have an eclectic and relational approach to therapy, and my goal is to work collaboratively with you towards your mental health and wellness goals. I have worked in a wide variety of settings in mental health service delivery over the last 10 years, half of which have been in crisis intervention and stabilization. I believe building a trusting relationship is the most important step in the therapeutic process.

I am passionate about working with LGBTQIA2S+, neurodiverse, and/or hyper-independent folks who are navigating life transitions, identity exploration, deconstruction, trauma, body image, self-esteem, burnout, parenting, infertility, foster care, adoption, relationships, perfectionism, and anything else life can throw your way.

When I’m not being a therapist I enjoy spending time with my daughter and my girlfriend, being in nature, exploring new book/thrift/coffee shops, trying new crafts, going to shows, getting tattooed, curling up with a good documentary or book, and laughing as much as possible.

I am a transplant from Up North— I grew up on the Iron Range and have lived in Duluth for the last 5 years, so I have a killer Minnesotan accent, drive a Subaru, and know how to rock a pair of Keens.

If you think we’d be a good fit or have any questions for me, please fill out the form on the “Contact Us” page and mention my name! :)
