She/Her

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially when it involves your child, your teen, your family, or yourself. It’s completely normal to feel unsure or even a little nervous at first. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and safe to be themselves from the very beginning.

I have a special interest in working with children, adolescents, and families navigating a wide range of challenges, including ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and family or relationship difficulties. Whether I’m supporting a child in learning to manage big feelings, helping a client make sense of who they are, or working with parents to strengthen family dynamics, I tailor my approach to meet each client where they are at.

I take a collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from attachment-based, relational, psychodynamic, and play therapy frameworks to guide my work. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a sense of humor into the room, and I believe that real progress comes from feeling connected and understood. Depending on who I’m working with, therapy might involve play, talking, exploring emotions, or simply figuring things out together at a pace that feels right.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending my time outside (when the Minnesota weather allows :)), hiking, reading, drinking lots of coffee, and visiting my friends and family.

I look forward to connecting with you! You can reach me by clicking the “Contact Us” button and mentioning me.
