About Me

Hi, I’m Emma—Vayda’s Billing Coordinator and professional insurance wrangler. While most people avoid calling insurance companies, I willingly dive in, untangle the red tape, and keep billing on track so our providers can focus on what they do best and our clients have one less thing to worry about. Behind every claim, payment, and account is someone counting on it to go smoothly—and I’m here to make sure it does.

My Approach

I am honored to be the first point of contact for potential clients and any billing questions clients may have. Because of my own personal experiences with secondary infertility and loss, any communication will be met with compassion, empathy and encouragement.

When I’m off the clock, you’ll find me chasing adventures with my husband, our four kids, and our Sheepadoodle. I’m always on the hunt for my next favorite specialty coffee, planning our next family adventure, or finding any excuse to be somewhere warm with my toes in the sand. If it involves sunshine, good coffee, or travel, I’m all in!
