Hello and welcome
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, you’re in the right place. Therapy offers a safe space to feel, learn, and let go of what’s no longer serving you.
What to expect
My approach is relationship-based, flexible, and eclectic. You’ll find unconditional care and respect for your story. You are the expert on your experience, and I’m here to support your healing with patience, curiosity, humility, and a touch of humor. Occasionally, I may suggest playful “homework” like creating a playlist, painting, or checking out a movie.
Special interests and experience
I work with individuals and families navigating chronic medical or mental health challenges, including Type 1 Diabetes, ASD, ADHD, and all neurodiverse folks. I’m a certified narcissistic abuse treatment clinician and support recovery from narcissistic relationships. I also enjoy supporting men who suppress emotions, therapy newcomers, teachers, and those exploring existential questions.
About me
I’ve been practicing therapy since 2008 and also serve as a board-approved supervisor. I’m a Type 1 diabetic, neurodiverse, white cis female, and an ally to LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and all neurotypes. Outside the office, I’m a “good enough” mom, imperfect partner, cat companion, and loyal (if often late) friend. I love yoga, gardening, books/podcasts, movies, crafting, live music, travel, and time outdoors.
