she/her

I take a collaborative approach with my clients, acknowledging the uniqueness and strengths in each of us. With a relationship built on authenticity, appreciation, and a dash of humor, I support individuals through a journey of self-reflection and achievable goals. I believe that being healthy includes the physical and emotional relationship with yourself and with the world around you. I help my clients develop a practice of compassionate understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

I have experience working with a variety of concerns including anxiety, mood disorders, disordered eating, trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, perinatal (pregnancy, birth, and postpartum) and reproductive health. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults. I practice gender-affirming mental health support. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat trauma.

Outside of my work, I spend time with my family and friends. I try to take full advantage of the warmer Minnesota weather while it lasts by going for runs and spending time outdoors. In the colder months I love getting wrapped up in a good show or book.
