Christina is a systems-focused therapist who is passionate in meeting clients where they are in their life while emphasizing on being a guest in the client’s journey. Christina gravitates to a strengths-based approach while focusing on the present and what the possibilities are for the future. Christina takes on the coaching role while working with client’s finding their best way to cope with what life throws at us. 


Christina offers client-centered therapy for adults and particularly enjoys working with young adults. She has a history of providing in-home therapy services with adolescents and their families and adults. Christina has completed The Sexual Violence Center’s Sexual Assault Advocacy training to allow to best support victims and survivors of sexual violence. Christina also has history of working with homeless families and adults with serious-persistent mental illness. She works with a variety of issues including anxiety, body image concerns, depression, life transitions, relational concerns, and has completed the Perinatal Mood Disorders educational course by Postpartum Support International to best support folks in maternal mental health. 


Christina has her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of Minnesota, St. Mary’s and is a licensed Family and Marriage therapist.
Outside of work, Christina loves spending time with her GSP, family, and friends. She can usually be found outside on a walk at anytime of year and trying new restaurants.
